This is an animal that really doesn't care. The Ratel,or Honey badger as it is more commonly referred to,lives in Africa and South-Western Asia.Their diet consists of  a wide range of foods. They favor bee honey and will often hunt for a bee hive to get it,however they will also eat insects, lizards, turtles, snakes, rodents, eggs, birds, and some fruits and other plants.Even though its name is the honey badger it is not a part of the badger family.Like the wolverine, it is a part of the weasel family.

Once again I have received a request for an animal and once again here it is!!!(: The giant panda. The giant panda is native to central western china. They are very easily recognised by their unique eye patch's and the pattern of black and white fur,if you can call it a pattern. They are considered carnivores but their diet is 99% bamboo, even though they will eat quite a few other things, such as eggs, honey, shrubs, and fish.A interesting fact about the panda is that it has evolved a thumb a sixth digit for grasping bamboo and riping the leaves of the branch.Although it is barely noticeable and very undeveloped,it still exists.Like the hyacinth macaw, these animals are extremely endangered, however their species numbers are increasing.

Today I got a request for an animal. They requested the Burmese python, so here it is.They are native to the southern parts of Asia. They are semi-aquatic so they are often found near water, however they can be found in trees.Like the anaconda and boa, pythons are constrictors.Their diet consists of any birds, mammals,or reptiles that are appropriately sized. These snakes come in many colors, patterns, and sizes. The longest python, that has been captured, was found in Indonesia and is almost 49 feet long.

This is my first weird animal. It is an eye eye or aye aye. This species of lemur can be found on the island of Madagascar, where it spends most of the day asleep and then comes out at night to feed. They are omnivores, which means they eat both meat, such as bugs, and plants, such as  fruit, leaves,or nuts.they are extremely rear.these amazing animals are sometimes believed to use echolocation to hunt,HOW COOL IS THAT!!!
